Question: my question is for psychiatrist.
I am feeling persistent stress. when my mind is empty I imagine lot of things especially those which are related to social, religious disturbances in society. I put myself in that situation and create more problems and resolve them in my own way. During all this thinking my expressions , my body language, my bp changes abruptly and I go mad sometimes. please help I don't wanna live in this parallel universe of mine and act strangely. I think this madness will cause serious issue in coming years

Brief Answer:
I think there is OCD rather than simple stress

Detailed Answer:
Dear Anubhav,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I have gone through the query and understand your concerns. From the description it appears to me that you are suffering with Obsessive compulsive disorder (I may be wrong as I do not have full information about illness) which is characterized by repeatative intrusive thoughts and compulsions to prevent anxiety associated with such thoughts. The person remains aware that the thoughts are irrelevant but finds himself to control these thoughts. To diagnose OCD it is often said that person should waste at least one hour in a day for such thoughts.

Since this needs prescription and treatment you need to visit a psychiatrist in person. AS online psychiatrist I can advice you to start SSRI group of medicines but you need a physical prescription to buy one. There is also role of psychotherapy in this condition which can help the person for long time.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
