What Causes Persistent Headache, Fatigue And Diarrhea?

Question: I have had ongoing symptoms for 10 months that come and go about every six weeks and last usually 5 days
- severe headache
- thirst
- fatigue
-upset stomach
Now this last bout I have gotten a very itchy rashnalso

no periods i had my uterus removed 15 yrs ago
no hot flashes or anything either
but the headaches are so bad and the extreme thirst is strange
this all starts with a mildly upset stomach
i do also see spots
