Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Once she finishes with the antibiotic course, after 2 days I would suggest she gets a complete blood test, urine test and blood culture done. As she is not well for 2 weeks now, it has to be properly evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Everything is normal only her thyroid level is raised. I would suggest her to get a free T3 and free T4 and TSH. She may have to start medications. Is she taking it already? Her symptoms look like it is due to a thyroid disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Okay, I would suggest to get a chest X-ray and get a Monteux test or sputum test if the cough is productive to rule out TB. Get a blood culture done. Monitor thyroid levels and alter the dose with your treating doctor as the levels are still high. Ask her to drink adequate water around 4 lbs/day and adequate sleep. She can have warm lemon water with a tablespoon of honey.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
