default
Posted on Thu, 27 Aug 2015
Question: For the last two months I have had dizzy, nausea with a mild tingle on my lips this happens on and off. Not pregnant and my blood work came back normal other than some liver enzimes elevated taking care of that. The dizziness continues and yesterday after my shower I noticed purple ear wax. I asked my husband to check my ear and he got a bit more out. Today I have a headache. Trying to get in to my doc. I am assuming this is not an emergency. I kept the q tips.
Should I try to expedite the appt? Is this normal?

Brief Answer:
This is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; and suggest you that this is the normal condition regarding your ear or Q tip.

Sometimes deranged liver enzymes level may be responsible for your above mentioned symptoms.
But to rule out the cause of your dizziness, nausea and other symptoms you may go for the Vestibular battery function test.

For your kind information this is not the emergency but consult your doctor as early as possible.

Wish you good health.
