Question: lower back pain on left side.Seems to be muscle or bone. My hip has been making a clicking noise when lifting leg. Pain started a while ago and my 7 inch heals may be the cause since I have been carrying a lot of weight wearing them.Lust want to make sure it is not my kidney

Brief Answer:
Hi It is unlikely to be due to kidney

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM!

I appreciate your concern towards clicking sound and the low back pain.
I have gone through your problems described in question I am of the opinion that you are most probably suffering from a condition known as Snapping hip syndrome- a condition in which you hear a clicking or snapping noise or feel a snapping sensation in your hip when you walk, lift your leg, or run or swing your leg around.
The clicking sound is due to the movement of a muscle or tendon over a bony structure in the hip.

You are advised to take some NSAID pain killers, you can apply ice to the affected area, avoid using the high heel shoes or foot wear.
If pain persists kindly visit your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.

Pain due to kidney typically starts from flank (loin) to groin, cramps like, associated with painful urination with or without blood in the urine.

I hope your doubts have been clarified.
Should you need more information, kindly feel free to send the query.
Best regards

I think that my whole body is out of alingnment but I am scared of chiroprators.
What can I do?
It bothers me when I sleep.
Woud acupuncture be good?

Thank you!!!

Brief Answer:
Acupuncture and Chiroprators are not advisable.

Detailed Answer:
Take a short course of pain killers like NSAID along with pantoprazole to minimize their side effects on stomach like acidity, ulcer etc.
