Brief Answer:
Looks like gastroesophagitis with indigestion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Symptoms are indicating gastroesophagitis with indigestion.Gastroesophagitis causes such pain in stomach region and in middle of the back.Indigestion is cause of diarrhea.

Try antacids for this.Avoid spicy and junk food, have smaller meals, dont sleep immediately after meals. try balanced non spicy diet, avoid smoking and alcohol.Take a small walk after meals.Avoid tea and coffee. Dont drink too much water with meals.Moderate exercises can help in long term.

Hope this helps.Regards.

Brief Answer:
Pain in that cases is more towards right side.

Hello,

Gallbladder inflammation generally causes more of continuous symptoms more on the right side. But if possible ultrasound would be ideal to evaluate your gall bladder.

If symptoms continue even after antacids, you can get a ultrasound done.Regards.

I am having gallbladder surgery on this Friday. I just got back all of the bloodwork from my hospital and they said normal but I noticed that my Globulin is 1.8 but normal levels say it should be 2.2-4.2. My Albumin is 4.5 which is normal. my ratio is 2.5 which seems slightly elevated. My glucose was also 98. Could this be affected from my gallbladder inflammation? I also hadnt had anything substatial to eat and was on iv fluids for two days when they took the test. My abdominal ct came back normal except for my gallstones.

My son-in-law has had liver cancer for 6 years and the trial treatment he has been receiving has not been successful. Friday he had radiation isotopes injected into the liver in hopes that this would work. He has been in a lot of pain since the procedure and so they did a CT scan that showed the gall bladder was diseased, but not showing and tumors. Should this have been discovered before now? Could this be a reason for his pain that he has also had for the last 6 years?
