Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

All you are explaining may be due to increased uric acid and diabetes (if you are diabetic) previously, as it cause joint erosion.

It will be more easy for me of you send pic of that part along with namevof medication you have already taken.

Anyways get fresh fasting blood sugar levels, Serum uric acid, ESR,CRP xray of that foot focusing great toe in AP, Oblique and Lateral view and send me the report.

I want to correlate current uric acis levels with your joint condition.

Till then have tab.indomethacin25mgs thrice a day by prescription of your family doctor.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,
