What Causes Pain In The Ankle And Knee?

Question: From few days i get pain in my ankle joint and knee joint while walking , the pain in ankle or kind of un-comfortableness is more when i'm using stairs .

I'm 6" tall and 94 kg's , I'm guessing it might be because of my weight

Your BMI is 28.1 and for your age it is at 75th percentile. So it may be responsible for your joint pains. Anyways reducing weight will reduce the pain.

But there may be other factors at play like mild infection etc. So I would suggest that you avoid unnecessary medicine intake, take hygienic food and cleaner drinking water, take more fruits and vegetables. This will increase your immunity. Wear comfortable sports shoes during walking or any other sports activities.

If problem persists, please see an orthopedic surgeon and get x-ray and any other relevant tests done.
