Brief Answer:
probably just muscle contusion

Detailed Answer:
Such injuries in most cases dont cause anything worying. It was obviously some harder pectroal muscle and breast contusion and it is typical that it hurts few days after even more than on first day. pain may persist for up to 2 weeks, you should apply cold compresses and take nonsteroid painkillers. the only more serious issue would be rib fracture but it isnt likely to be in your case since much harder hit is required. Also, even rib fracture is treated te same as contusion. but you should do xrays if pain progresses or breathing difficulty occur. Wish you good health. Regards
