Brief Answer:
Check for UTI. Heartbeats are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
After going through your reports, let me give you an expert opinion, regarding your symptoms and the reports.
1.,2.,3.,painful symptoms with urination, less force, burning sensation, more with full bladder, will need urine routine and culture test to be done, to check, if you've urinary infection(UTI). If urinary infection is present, treatment will be advised.

4.Lower abdominal discomfort, with pain around thighs, scrotal area, and lower back, maybe due to the varicocele, which's mild, as reported.
A mild analgesic may be used, as advised by your doctor.

5.On scrotal, doppler scan, both your testis appear normal. If you feel penile size is less than normal, you'll need to get it examined by your doctor.

6.Your faster heartbeats, with pain in left shoulder area, is nothing to worry about, as your resting, and stress ECG reports are normal.

7. In majority males, left testis hangs lower than right, and anyway, the scrotal skin being elastic, it's stretchable. Don't worry about it.
Your pain maybe partially due to the varicocele, for which, an analgesic is enough.

You should repeat your fasting lipid profile after 3 months, to be sure, if the report is normal. Exercise regularly and be strict with your diet. Hope all your doubts are cleared. Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about. UTI test can be done..

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Anxiety is to be avoided. There's nothing serious, to be tense about.
UTI test can very well be done with the medicines you're taking.
Stones upto 4mm size, pass spontaneously, in more than 90% people, if you drink 12-15 glasses liquids daily. There's no particular reason for it.
As you drink more liquids, you'll pass more urine, if your kidney function is normal.
If you get small joints pain, then get blood uric acid tested. There can be uric acid stones. After one month, repeat the scan to confirm, the stone is flushed out.
Passing few drops at the end of urination, occasionally, is normal.
You should exercise 45 minutes daily, as it helps to reduce bad cholesterol, as well as tensions.( triglcerides ).
Scrotal skin changes are normal, but you can get it examined by a doctor.
It's advisable to wear elastic innerwear, instead of boxer type.
Get well soon.
