Question: Taking Stribild, Tivicay, Sustiva, & Prezista. End of my rope. That explains the cocktail. Symptoms: unusual pain in legs and buttocks. Also Abilify & Viibryd. Perfect cocktail! Undetectable at present. Resistant to all other drugs

I think, you have neuropathy and pain in legs and buttocks is due to that. In that case, you can use duloxetine rather than viibryd(vilazodone). Duloxetine has good response on somatic symptoms and it would also keep depressive symptoms in control. Along with that, you can also try pregabalin. That is a anticonvulsant agent, but have good effect on neuropathic pain. Carry on with ART drugs and rest, you can discuss with your physician.
