Brief Answer:
clinical evaluation and diagnosid

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood your history of pain in left side of abdomen for 3 months, feeling of pain in bones and now the left lower limb.
The most probable causes of such type of pains can be related to the colon, spine or muscles at the back.
I would advise you in such a case the following:
- Get a clinical evaluation, examination done from a General Surgeon.
-MRI of spine, the posterior abdominal wall and CT San of the abdomen as you are suffering for a long time and the problem is progressive.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Any relevant other investigations like Colonoscopy and others as may be advised by your Surgeon.

This way a proper diagnosis can besde and proper treatment be planned.

I hope this answers helps you for earliest possible proper diagnosis and treatment.
