Brief Answer:
Seems to be BPPV (benign paroxymal positional vert

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having vertigo problem. I would like to ask you few more details,

Is your vertigo, episodic/ continous or associated with any ear blockage or change of posture ?
Is your vertigo associated with vomiting or ear pain ?

Kindly get back to me with the details and test reports.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be BPPV (benign paroxymal positional vertigo) with osteoarthritis (bone pains).

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detailed ent examination, vestibular tests ( to differentiate central from peripheral vertigo), blood tests (serum calcium, iron for bony pains). if necessary CT brain, to see any vascular occlusion or ischemia.

If you have already done, kindly attach the reports.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
