Brief Answer:
Chronic epididymo orchitis secondary to BPH/trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hi I understand your query and concern.

These effects are largely due to Chronic epididymitis secondary to enlarged prostate/BPH.

I advise you to get a scrotal venous doppler ultrasound to detect any abnormalities in the venous plexus surrounding the epididymis secondary to enlarged prostrate.

There is also a possibility of traumatic epididymo orchitis as a sequel to past injury.

The Likely treatment option in your case would be surgical which can be assessed further accurately by your test results.

Post your further queries if any,
Thankyou
