Thanks for your query

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You may be having osteoarthritis of MP joint of left great toe as it is common in your age.You are likely to get benefitted by glucosamine and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Second possibility is gouty arthritis. It can be confirmed by serum uric acid level. Again treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. If uric acid level is high then you can start fabuxostate after consulting your doctor.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
