Question: I have pain around my bellybutton and pain in my neckon both sides
warfarin 5 mg tablet,Atorvastatin 40 mg tab,Spironolactone 50mg tab,ergocalciferol 50,000 unit cap,metformin 500mg,metoprolol succinate 100 mg,Tylenol 1000mg
