What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation From Waist To The Foot?
I've been to a doctor who had xrays taken but no abnormal findings. I was told to give this two weeks and check back. This is going into week #2, and my pain level has not changed. Do you think this is more spine than mussle issues?
Get investigated and treated as advised
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Possibility of lumbosacral radiculopathy due to nerve root compression is likely cause.
If no relief occurs then go for mri of lumbosacral spine.
Physiotherapy and postural care. Avoid stooping forward, sitting crossed leg, squatting or lifting heavy objects.
Drugs like pregabalin or gabapentin should be added too.
