What Causes Pain And Tightness While Retracting Foreskin Of Penis?

default
Posted on Thu, 28 Jan 2016
Question: Hello doctor...
I can't understand what is happening. My foreskin is loose it comes fully back while masturbation but somewhere the frenulum which is attached to head of the penis doesn't let it erects freely. The freneulum is tightly attached to the head of the penis which bends the head down.
Is it a some kind of problem with my penis. Does everybody has this type of problem how they detach their frenulum from head of the penis.
Does it create problem while having sex. Can I perform sex without detaching frenulum.
I have seen in many videos that men's frenulum is already detached while having sex does they have gone with a surgery or it is naturally detached. How it is naturally detached.
can I send you the pictures of my penis to examine it. I want to send it because I can't understand it. Please allow me to send the pics.
I also apply water with soap on my penis to wash it.
Is it a correct way to wash it.

Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand and share your concern.
You've rightly suggested, sending a copy of erect penis, to me.
Basically, it needs a proper clinical examination by an Urologist.
Depending on the examination,a proper advice can be given.
Send a photo of erect penis,in sidewards view, with head and shaft of penis seen.
Don't be anxious, as treatment if needed,is routine.
Wish you well.

I masturbate daily is it right doctor. If it is wrong tell me how and when to do.

I also clean my penis with soap water is it also right and also pulls it back slowly like giving a massage to it will it be ok to do this.

Does the frenulum become soft by doing this.
With this will it get detached.

Can I perform sex with fenulum being attached with head. Does it create any problem while sex.

Brief Answer:
Frenulum is a part of the penis head.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
1. Masturbating is a normal habit among men of all ages.
2. Maintaining good penile hygiene is very important, to prevent infection.
3. Frenulum will neither soften, nor will detach by massaging it.
4. Frenulum is normally attached to the underside of the penis, in the middle part.
There's no inhibition in having intercourse,as frenulum doesn't interfere in erection.
Hope all your doubts are cleared.
Wish you a healthy life.
