Brief Answer:
Psychogenic/somatic/Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Your symptoms do not appear to localize to any particular organ system. These are psychogenic or somatic in nature.
Don't worry, there is nothing serious about them.Start doing regular mental relaxation exercise like meditation/yoga or just daily jogging/weight training, and I'm sure your symptoms will improve in a short span of time.

If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Dr.Ajay Panwar,
