Brief Answer:
Needs spine imaging

Detailed Answer:
You need to have your spine imaged
You can get an MRI of the spine
And if thats a bit expensive, at least an x ray

Here is why
You may be developing some spine problem
When you laugh, the pressure in your abdomen always rises
This pressure affects all parts of the abdominal cavity and all its contents
If your spine is weak, you feel more pain
