Question: I a man why is right nipple itching & sometimes pain? And there like pimple on the areola, sometimes my left nipple is itchy but more on the right

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Itchy nipples are usually caused by a benign skin condition. Excema is the most frequent reason, but you could also have a reaction on some clothes or detergents. Still, with any nipple discharge or visible changes in the skin around the nipple, see your doctor to exclude any kind of serious conditions.
Until than you can try to use topical steroids but just for a few days. If this cream shows no effect, than visit your GP earlier.
