What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Constipation When Diagnosed With Adrenal Insufficiency?

Question: I was recently DX witb Adrenal insufficiency, since then it's been one thing after another. After a severe episode of N/V with inability to have a BM an Xray was performed to the abdomen and there were numerous opaciries noted. The assumption was probably D/T the increased vomiting I was experiencing following the Pancreatitis. I had my 6 week follow up CXR and there are more opacities. If I could attach the pic of the CXR I would, but now just a little freaked out. Just wondering if I can get some opinions.
