What Causes Nausea And Chest Infection While On Effexor?

Question: Every day when I wake up I feel sick, and it last until mid afternoon, or so. I am on Efexor for Depression, but when I started to take it, I didn't feel sick. I've recently had psoriasis pretty badly, causing my foot to swell up quite a lot, so I'm wondering if it could be cause by bacteria somehow. I've also recently had a respiratory infection in my chest, and at firsr, I thought the anibiotics were disagreeing with me. Any sueggestions. Thanks.
