Brief Answer:
Can be electrolyte imbalance.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Drug overuse, smoking, decreased fluid intake or electrolyte imbalance can cause such calf twitchings. You can start with electrolyte rich fluids like Garotade and plenty of fresh fruits and methycobalamin supplements and see if it helps. Stop smoking and any other substance or alcohol intake. In case all these do not help then consult a physician for few blood tests and proper supplements.
I hope this answers your query.
