Brief Answer:
Get your vitamin D level.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think your recent problem may be due to vitamin and trace elements deficiency. You are likely to get benefited by vitamin and trace elements suppliments. You can get your vitamin D test and if found low you can take take suppliments of vitamin D3.Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in pain relief. Small hard lumbs at some of joints can be Heberden's nodes as these are common in your age. These are a sign of osteoarthritis and are caused by formation of osteophytes (calcific spurs) of the articular (joint) cartilage in response to repeated trauma at the joint. Glucosamine will be useful.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
