Brief Answer:
Maybe due to miscarriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Sometimes mild bleeding can occur during normal pregnancy but in your case as you passed a large blood clot it can be due to early miscarriage. ( sorry to say but it can be a possibility)
To rule out the cause you should consult a Gynecologist and get your pelvic examination, ultrasound scan, blood and urine test.
Ultrasound scan can alone rule out the cause.
Bleeding can be due to threatened abortion where healthy pregnancy associated with bleeding. Ectopic pregnancy may also cause bleeding with abdominal pain.
So in your case you should consult a Gynecologist and get your ultrasound scan done to rule out miscarriage. ( as you mentioned in your history that previously everything is fine but you were bleeding) .
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
Regards
