What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?
Question: Hi for two weeks now iv had a lower belly pain , no other symptomps just a dull pain like pre period pain. Had a pregnancy test done- negative.

Negative urine pregnancy test rules out any pregnancy.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease, investigated including ultrasound, urine examination and get appropriate treatment.
