Brief Answer:
Antibiotics should be used.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

If the diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease is confirmed, antibiotics for 14 days are necessary to be used and I don't see any antibiotics in your prescription. (I had also difficulty reading the writing of the prescription).

In the first few days I.V. route of antibiotics is preferable, and later oral route may be used.

Orally Doxycycline, Azithromycin are used after I.V. administration of antibiotics.

Hope I helped you.

Take care.

should I get another pelvic scan done? my report that is attached, is it not implying PID?

Brief Answer:
Tests are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

In the ultrasound exam you uploaded is found a thickening of the endocervical layer.

This isn't sufficient to confirm or exclude PID.

Besides medical examination, to confirm the diagnosis of PID, lab tests (urinalysis, cervical discharge culture) and endometrium biopsy are necessary.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
