Question: lower stomach and gi tract hurts and having to go to bathroom about 30 mins after eating something, and stool is loose and some looked milked

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having pain on lower stomach and having to go to bathroom about 30 min after eating something with loose stool are signs of possible:
- colitis
- gallbladder problems
- gastritis/ulcer
- IBS

I advise to run further examinations to understand why you are having such problems:
- abdominal ultrasound
- stool culture
- complete blood count

as soon as possible. If no organic issue is present, then, IBS is to be confirmed.

For the moment, I encourage to:
- continue taking culturelle (I believe it is a probiotic) that will stabilize intestinal flora
- avoid oily/fried/spicy/chilly foods and all those foods that would aggravate your situation
- take buscopan to relieve the pain
- increase water intake
