Brief Answer:
Its normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

AFI level less than 5 cm is low.

6-7 cms is within normal range of 5-20 cms.

so there is no need of drip or caesarean.

Just bi- weekly sonography for AFI is sufficient.

No intervention required now. but if you want she can take arginine granules orally for increase in AFI

Brief Answer:
You have full right

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

As a patient you have full right to change your gynecologist. It is about health. You have full right to say no to a treatment.

If you are not satisfied just tell her you want a second opinion and will come back later if required.

No doctor can refuse that.
