Brief Answer:
Difference in blood pressures in two arms should be evaluated/Brain imaging

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

30 to 40 mm hg of blood pressure difference in two arms is significant. You must be evaluated for it by a Cardiovascular specialist.
Further, your clinical history does not gives a definite clue to a particular diagnosis.A Brain imaging like MRI,may help to exclude an intracranial pathology. However,I suggest you to get physically examined by a neurologist beforehand.Physical examination may serve as a better guide to the investigations.

If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
