Brief Answer:
Most likely enteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on this forum.
I am a Gastroenterologist and would be addressing your concerns.

Most likely you are having residual enteritis after clostridium infection. Enteritis means inflammation of the intestine, especially the small intestine. You have a history of feeling pain in abdomen after you eat. After eating your intestines begins to contract and relax rythmically (peristalsis) to digest food. However, due to recent bacterial infection, there might be some residual inflammation in intestines causing severe spasm as soon as contraction and relaxation start.

Secondly, treatment by antibiotics releases a number of toxins in intestines which depletes the natural intestinal flora of gut this leads to indigestion, improper motility, improper mucous secretion etc.

Suggestion-
Initially, go for a ultrasonogram abdomen to rule out any other specific pathology.
Start taking antispasmodic like Dicyclomine.

Start taking probiotics like econorm twice daily. The earlier the depleted flora is replenished the faster would be the recovery.

Take an anti-inflammatory like Mephanamic acid along with antispasmodic.
(please discuss the dose with your primary)
Eat easily digestible light food for few days.

Eat a cup of banana daily,
Increase fibers in your diet gradually,
Take 2 tsp Metamucil daily this lubricates the passage of food through intestines, hence will decrease the irritation of intestines.

Avoid any spicy/oily food for few weeks.
No alcohol or aerated drinks to be taken.

Hope you will get well soon.
Warm regards.
