Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficiency leads to osteomalcia

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your suffering and they are suggestive of weakness of bone secondary to vitamin D deficiency. This vitamin (sunshine vitamin) has an important role in calcium absorption and to increase bone strength (mineralisation). It's deficiency leads to stress fracture. I could not find the attached report.

My suggestion for you would be-
1.Increase in physical activity after the pain has gone, diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.Commercially Vitamin D is available in weekly dose pattern as well as injection, take ibuprofen to reduce pain and do ice fomentation, as these are prescription drugs just talk to your local doctor.
2. Once the weather is comfortable you may have sunbath in between 10A.M-2p.m., If possible.
3. Always use the mouse with wrist and elbow supported. Avoid prolong sitting that is not more than 30-45 minutes.
It usually takes 4-6 week time to have any visible impact of vitamin D supplementation.
Hope this information suffices.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
