Brief Answer:
Semms to be balanitis or balanoposthitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

It could be balanitis or balanoposthitis (infection of glans penis).

The main cause of balanitis is poor hygiene. Poor hygiene causes harmful bacteria to overpopulate the area, which can lead to infection. Also the foreskin of the penis is an ideal place for bacteria to grow.

Injuries (during sexual intercourse) on the tip of the penis or foreskin can also cause irritation, pain and swelling.

Irritation over glans or fore skin can arise from various factors like

i) not rinsing soap completely off of your penis after showering
ii) using scented or bar soaps to clean the penis

Can you please take a clinical photograph of the affected part and upload as there is a feature to send images on the right side of query page.

The important thing is to diagnose it first by a clinical examination by a general surgeon by doing inspection and palpation.

Meanwhile,The following treatment would be helpful.

1) Hot Sitz bath-

Sit for 15-- 20 minutes and also clean off any clear or whitish secretion from the glans.
Do it at least twice a day.

Daily maintain hygiene of your genitals and also your partner.

2. Local Steroid cream/ointment application- Clean off and wipe off the area clean and dry, following which apply local steroid ointment like betamethasone.

The infection or irritation should start subsiding after 3 to 4 of Ointment application.

3. You can be given oral antibiotics like cephalosporins (cefadroxyl or cefixime) (to prevent superinfection) for which you can consult some local doctor or surgeon who may prescribe it after complete clinical examination

Hope this information will be helpful to you.
