It can be treated with atarax 25 mg at night.broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily.and canditral 100 mg daily once.weekly twice sebowash shampoo and application of momate f in the morning and keto b in the night.if no response go for isotretinion tablets

It appears to be the cellulitis, due to the fungal infection , dandruff, with superinfection of bacteria.
He has to take treatment of anti bacterial and antifungal treatments simultaneously.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have culture and sensitivity of the discharge from the eruptions.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, grisofulvin, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and ketokonazole shampoo.
