Question: I have a somewhat sensitive meatus, clear to light yellow urine, no odor, no pain urinating

Are you sexually active?
Do you have redness around urethra on the head of penis?
If yes then you have urethritis.
A urine microscopy is needed to determine the nature of it.
It could be due to friction or infection.
Apply aloe Vera gel over the area while you get urine microscopy. Refrain from intercourse till the over sensitivity reduces.
