Question: I know you guy think I am a hyprecondracte.(spell) but I am not. I have many issues.
I have RA, Fibromylgia and the sweating problem. However, I seem to have developed a couple of more issues. They my be because of medications. I do not know. I hope it is as easy as changing my meds. 1) fast heart rates thru out the day., 2) an uncomfortable pressure in my upper stomach that will not go away.3) I have to go the the bathroom 3 to 5 times at night between 1 am and 6 am. I go to bed around midnight.
A little more bacground, I hae tried 2 medications for the ra. I willstart a 3rd one tomorrow. The other 2 stopped working about 8 months into the treatments. I have had Arva added.(I am wondering if that is the one that is causing so much trouble?? I stopped Ultram because of sweating as well as Ambiem. So I started on Nuerotin and have cried for 3 days. Dont know it that is a problem either. Then I also, have problem with a jerking sensation in my low back. Not pain just pressure that makes me jerk. I know this is a lot to load on you guys but I need help. I ned to know what to do and where to do with my issues.
I lost my husband in April. So my heart is broken. I am scared to be sick... what is going to happen.. I just want to feel better. do you have any suggestions?? I am pretty desperate. Thanks you in advance for you help.

Brief Answer:
You should be evaluated and managed for anxiety disorders!

Detailed Answer:
HI,

I have reviewed your information fully. I am sure and I believe you are not hypochondriac. Your information suggests you need to be evaluated and managed for possible anxiety disorder. Prior to that, I will like to see your thyroid evaluated by measuring the TSH levels.

My preferred drug for this would be clonazepam. This requires a script from your doctor as it is not available over the counter. I will suggest you bring this to the attention of your treating doctor.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Keep me updated as you navigate through this.

my anxiety is because I am ill and I do not have my husband to comfort me. I know this. When I get to the bottom of the discomfort in the stomach I will not have this anxiety i know. Just dont know what the stomach pressure is from. Thinking it may be the Arva causing this. Or may be a gallstone or gall bladder trouble/. Plus the Ara can cause other problems too. Do you know about this medicine.??

Brief Answer:
Arva or ARAVA?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed this information fully.

1. If the spelling of this medication is ARVA...Then I don't know about it. If it is ARAVA, then i know about it and can provide more details to you. Clarify me about this.

2. Your stomach pressure is not typical of any disease condition. I will find it very hard to be related to gall stone or gall bladder disease. Gallstone disease presents with cramping abdominal pain about 2hours after eating. This is so typical and your symptoms do not suggest this.

3. I will truly recommend that you get well managed for anxiety. While the cause is certainly well known, it i staking a toll on you if allowed to continue unchecked.

I hope to hear on you on #1 for the precision. Specific details will follow.

Waiting...

Brief Answer:
Abdominal pains is a side effect of Arava!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Arava is used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Abdominal pain radiating to the back is a known and well documented possible side effect of Arava. This might be the cause of your symptoms and more so because no other evident causes have been identified.

I hope this guides. I wish you well. Feel free to keep the discussion going and highlights any further unresolved issues you might have at this time.
