Brief Answer:
Hypersalivation

Detailed Answer:
Hypersalivation or sialorrhea is excessive production of saliva and can be due to many reasons.Commonest are Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD), excessive starch intake,Pancreatitis,Liver disease,Serotonin syndrome etc.

Since your medical history is that of Paranoid squizophrenic, you may be on drugs like clozapine, risperidone which are known to produce excessive salivation.
If you fail to inhibit unwanted salivation by your own control(here comes cortical inhibiton),you may try anticholinergic drugs that normally reduces the production of saliva for symptomatic management e.g propantheline, hyoscine, amitriptyline.
