Question: I have had a steady hissing in my head. coming from the base of the head or neck. seems the hissing sound is to my heart beat. neck is achy to move. I had a severe neck pain over the summer for several weeks. very noticable in quiet room and quite upsetting, what can this be and what type of doctor should see?
