What Causes Heaviness In The Chest,, Chest Congestion, Fatigue And Constant Sinus Drainage?
Question: Have heavy chest feeling, chest congestion feeling, fatigue, constant sinus drainage, no cough, no temp, blood pressure normal 128/78, pulse 60. I had these symptoms when I had my annual physical one month ago. Doctor prescribed fluticasone propionate nasal spray. I asked for a chest xray and inhaler but doctor said not necessary. I have noticed when the nasal spray drips down to bronchial area it seems to temporarily loosen and get one or two productive coughs with very thick yellow brown mucus. I am scheduled to go back tomorrow.....sugestions?

Do take steam inhalation to help opening up blocked sinuses in case of sinusitis.
You can continue the nasal spray.
