What Causes Heaviness In Chest And Pain In Left Arm?

I had a hysterctomy 3 weeks ago ovaries removed. I am 43 years old doctor prescribed me a hrt minivelle patch 0.05 I been on it for a week and the left side of my chest feels heavy and sometimes a pain in my left arm is this normal as my body gets use to it? Other then that I feel OK. I am worried and nervous!
