Brief Answer:
Likely you will need a revision

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.

The fullness at the bottom of your lower eyelids following lower eyelid blepharoplasty is more likely residual fat.

I would like to gather some more information from you in order to be able to help you better.

-Is the puffiness same as before Or is has reduced after surgery?
-Can you upload, before and after surgery, clear digital photographs?

I guess the methylprednisolone that was given post-operatively was most probably given for post-operative edema and swelling. Since your eyebags appeared again after methylprednisolone was discontinued and you still have eyebags 6 months after the surgery therefore most likely you need a revision.

Brief Answer:
Lower Lid Blepharoplasty

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Usually 3 months post surgery is good enough time for all the inflammation and bruising to subside after lower lid blepharoplasty. However, since you have crossed 6 months since you were operated, so it is highly unlikely that it is due to inflammation.
