Brief Answer:
Acid Peptic Disease.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems you are suffering from Acid Peptic Disease. In patients language we call it acidity.
Since you are already on ondansetron and famotidine I would advise you to observe following:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
2. To take soft bland diet
3. Avoid coffee, tea, alcohol and smoking.
4. To take small , frequent meals instead of 3 large meals.
5. To walk after each meal.

I am hopeful that you would respond to above mentioned medicines with in 7 days.
If you don't respond then I would advise you to get an Upper GI Endoscopy done with h.pylori testing.
If you have any further query please ask me.
