Brief Answer:
Physiological fluctuations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There are normal variations of blood pressure which occur in every healthy person. At rest we have blood pressure which is lower than during stress and exercise. During the exercise or stress our organism needs more blood and oxygen, so blood pressure increases, depending on the exercise it can go as high as 180/80 in healthy people if they do sternous exercise. So if you have rest blood pressure 105/65 which is 140/80 during the exercise or stress, it is quite normal respond of your organism. It goes even lower during the sleep, as we don't need much energy and oxygen during the sleep.
So don't worry, they are physiological fluctuations of blood pressure.

Take care
