What Causes Fleshy Ridges And Folds Like Skin Around Vaginal Opening?

Question: My vaginal opening seems rough and bumpy and I would like to know if it is normal. It's like little fleshy ridges or folds of skin, I've never done a self exam before so I am unable to know if this is normal to me or not
