Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Excessive crying could be due to

1. Elevated body temperature
2. Inadequate feeds

The temperature is not that high. Giving Paracetamol drops in dosage of 15mg per Kg body weight per dose will be sufficient to get the temperature to normal. Babies have a larger body surface area compared to rest of body, so their head tends to be warmer.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Brief Answer:
Not to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Being a parent myself i understand your concern and apprehension. I would suggest you to give some duration of at least 24 hours for the medicine to act.

Pacimol is Paracetamol which will decrease the temperature
T Minic is for cough and cold
Novamox is antibiotic

The rash is quite common during fever, head being comparatively warmer is acceptable during fever. Rash could be due to

1. Fever
2. Excessive oil while giving massage or application of certain lotion.

Giving bath daily and removing the oil residue thoroughly by using Himalaya baby bath will be helpful. Also application of Himalaya baby powder will be helpful.

Wishing your baby speedy recovery
