Brief Answer: you need to meet your Neuro surgeon Detailed Answer: Hello It looks like that you are suffering from a condition called glomus tumor. This is a proliferation of specialised neural cells which secrete hormones and these are the ones responsible for your symptoms. The extent and size of the mass can be assessed by a contrast c t scan and the treatment decided accordingly. Please meet your Neuro surgeon as you will need some more tests to confirm this.he will examine you and guide you further. Thanks
