Brief Answer: Lower sacral nerves supply testicles. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for posting your query. A problem in the lower sacral nerves (S 2- S4) supply sensations to scrotum and testis. So, a compression of those nerves cause the pain. In addition, we also need to exclude any renal stones. If pain is persisting, an MRI of limbo-sacral spine would help. I hope my answer helps.
