Question: Hi just now i found in my 10y/o daughters urine a tini wite worm approx 3 mm long. First one I found in crease in the labia majora. She is very scared. What shall i do?

The worm is likely to be enterobius vermicularis or pin worm. It can be treated easily treated with Albendzole 400 mg as a single dose at bed time. The dose will have to be repeated after 2 weeks.
