Question: I am feeling dizzy and light headedness. I feel weakness on one side of leg sometimes but I don't feel that I will fall. I am okay when I wake up in the morning but feel these symptoms while sitting during the day. I feel my voice is echoing in my head since yesterday evening. These symptoms persist since last 3~4 days. Also I feel both my years are kind of blocked and I am having some throat infection

but could this be the symptom of a TIA or stroke?

Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

When ears are blocked there can be dizziness and lightheadedness. I would suggest you take steam inhalations. To confirm the diagnosis it is best to meet an ENT specialist for a detailed examination and treatment. If the ear block is preceded by cold and cough it can be due to infection (otitis media) for which you need to take prescribed antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.

Hi again,

It doesn't look like a stroke or TIA as there will not be any variations during the day.
